Spring 2026 Incentive Programs

The Incentive Programs allow us to improve the quality of our weekends by having consistent, high quality staff. Those participating in this Program will receive payment for each full weekend worked and an honorarium at the conclusion of the season. This spring we will be offering two options for the incentive program.

3 for $300: You commit to working one of the required weekends and two others of your choice (3 weekends) this spring and receive an additional $300 at the end of the season.

4 for $400: You commit to working one of the required weekends and three others of your choice, and receive an additional $400 at the end of the season.

There are a limited number of spots available for the Incentive Programs. Please note that applications will close February 6th.

Make sure that you have signed up on the WeJoinIn (https://www.wejoinin.com/sheets/fdntg) for the weekend camps that you are committing to.

  • Selection Criteria

    *Staff from the immediate past summer will be given first priority.

    *Priority is given to those who hold certifications for one or more activity area (ie, Ropes Course, Archery, Lifeguarding).

    *Participants must be able to commit to the ENTIRE weekend (Friday evening through the end of Sunday's programmed activities unless otherwise arranged by the CJM Director).

    *Participants must commit to the same Lights Out Policy as the summer staff (being in bed by 7.5 hours before breakfast of the weekends worked).

    *The CJM Director may terminate this contract if any of Camp John Marc's policies, procedures, or code of ethics are not followed, or if poor or repeated bad judgement is shown.
    To participate in the 3 for $300 incentive program, one weekend worked must be the weekend of SOAR/Phoenix/Courage (March 27-29) OR Cook Teen Weekend (April 17-19).

    The 4 for $400 program needs one of the required weekends plus three other weekends.

    For Lifeguards, one required weekend can be Camp PHEnomenal and/or Camp Morning Star.
